Jeffrey M. Heidings - President

Mr. Heidings is the President and founding principal of Siren Management
Corp. He has more than twenty years of experience in the real estate
community, including building management, property acquisition, mortgage
financing, and supervising capital improvement and renovation projects
of managed properties. His in-depth knowledge of real estate and
finance allows him to offer insightful solutions to complex problems.
Prior to launching Siren Management Corp. in 1993, Mr. Heidings was the
Comptroller and the Director of Operations of Omnia Properties, Inc.,
a well-established real estate broker and residential property management
firm, which had acted as co-op conversion broker and managing agent for
a large number of New York City buildings. During his ten years
with the firm, Mr. Heidings brokered many successful real estate transactions
while overseeing the property management division. In 1993, upon
the retirement of the principals of Omnia Properties, Inc., Mr. Heidings
founded Siren Management Corp., retaining the entire Omnia portfolio of
properties.
Mr. Heidings earned a Master of Science degree in Accounting from New
York University's Graduate School of Business and an undergraduate degree
from Queens College of the City of New York. He became a Certified
Public Accountant in 1979 and practiced auditing and tax preparation for
David Berdon and Co., one of New York City's largest and most prestigious
accounting firms specializing in the real estate industry.
He continues to embellish his education by regularly participating in
courses, seminars and conferences held by the real estate industry.
Howard C. Landman - Vice-President

In 1991 Mr. Landman formed Inner Circle Realty Corp., a full-service real
estate company specializing in residential management and brokerage.
The company began with the management of one building and developed its
portfolio to the management of more than twelve properties, and in 1996
merged into Siren Management Corp. Mr. Landman's legal background affords
him a unique perspective when dealing with the complex problems currently
confronting building and apartment owners. He has substantial experience
with bank foreclosures, sponsor defaults, non-payment actions, labor union
hearings, building and apartment renovations, as well as all the day-to-day
issues involved in building management. In addition, he has been involved
in managing distressed co-ops and condominiums, improving both their finances
and the quality of life of the residents.
Mr. Landman is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany
and earned a law degree from Hofstra University Law School.
Eric R. Kaplan - Vice-President

Mr. Kaplan has more than twenty-four years of experience in the real estate
industry. He joined Siren Management Corp. in 1999 where he continues
to successfully manage residential properties, co-operatives and condominiums
of various size and complexity. Mr. Kaplan began his career in 1980 with
Helmsley-Spear, Inc. managing and leasing commercial real estate, where
he became a licensed real estate broker. From 1988 to 1999, he held a
position with Hi-Rise Management Corp. where he directed the operations
of a small residential management company. While at Hi-Rise he oversaw
numerous capital improvement projects including elevator and boiler replacements
and exterior façade restorations, as well as the renovation of
large luxury apartments.
Eric R. Kaplan is a 1980 graduate of SUNY-New Paltz, where he earned a
Bachelors of Science degree in Economics.
